grate potato on fine grater/drain/add flour/add yeast/pepper/salt–should resemble dough/let rest for 15 minutes/whisk whole egg then incorporate /grate onion then incorporate let rest another 5 minutes then fry. flatten potato cake then top with filling and another layer of potato

mash bean/feta/dill

serve with sauerkraut and yogurt
