Smoked Honey Turkey Deli Meat


Bowman and Landes turkey’s are free ranged and no antibiotics are ever used. We will be prepping these with a dry rub for two days then into the smoker with mesquite wood. Finishing it off in a  long 6 hour soak in the sous vide machine will produce some outstanding deli meat. Don’t forget the apricot mustard!

Ingredients: turkey breast, honey, salt, spices
