Roast Beef Baguette w/ Horsey Sauce & Three Bean Salad

Foxhollow Farm’s eye of round will be dry brined then sous vide to a perfect medium rare. We will be caramelizing onions and a horsey sauce. A three bean salad with italian dressing will be the side.
