Red Wine Braised Short Rib w/ Carrot Rutabaga Puree


Local short ribs will be braised in a red wine sauce till fork tender then paired with a carrot rutabaga mash & fried shallots.

Ingredients: short rib, salt, spices, water, red wine, onion, garlic, carrot, thyme, rutabaga, carrot, butter, whole milk, shallots, cornstarch
