Local Peppered Flat Iron Steak, Mushroom Cream


Marksbury Farm in Lancaster will be supplying us with their hanger steak which we will pepper heavily followed by a hard sear & a mushroom cream sauce to boot. A local parsnip and apple mash is sure to delight.

Ingredients: steak, parsnips, apple, butter, sage, garlic, oil, salt, pepper, chicken bone broth, cream, mushroom, rosemary, onion, sherry vinegar, honey


8 oz steak+3 oz sauce+1/2 pint mash
