Grass-fed Meatloaf w/ Local Rosemary Red Potatoes
Our awesome new employee Elliott is sharing his recipe of meatloaf this week made with Foxhollow Farm ground beef. will be mixed with plenty of caramelized onions, garlic then roasted and basted with a sweet tomato glaze! Don’t forget the roasted rosemary red potatoes for the win.
