Mexican Pork Torta w/ Verde Crema
Our homegrown pork shoulder will be dry brined for two days, smoked then roasted low and slow till tender for an amazing Mexican torta. A homemade black bean paste, verde crema & pickled red onion for a ticket to flavor town.
Ingredients: pork shoulder, spices, black beans, lard, sour cream, green chilis, cilantro, lime, jalapeños, red onion, water, vinegar, sugar, salt, bolillo bun
