Korean Kimchi Pancakes w/ Soy Vinegar Dipping Sauce


A Korean kimchi pancake is a favorite of mine with a lovely soy vinegar dipping sauce. House made kimchi made from local napa cabbage and carrots.

Ingredients: egg, kimchi (napa cabbage, carrot, onion, garlic, green onion, banana, ginger, chili powder, fish sauce, salt), soy sauce, all-purpose flour, scallions, grapeseed oil, soy, rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil
