Iberico Pork Loin & Apple Compote w/ Mustard Braised Cabbage


A great tasting pork loin from an Iberico pig paired with a local apple compote. Mustard braised cabbage will round out the dish.

Ingredients: pork loin, apples, vinegar, sugar, water, cabbage, mustard, onion, lemon, salt, spices, butter


10oz chop + 4 oz compote + 1/2 pint cabbage
