Homemade Black Pepper Slab Bacon


I took the pork bellies we raised and cured them in a salt, pepper & brown sugar rub for 5 days then into the smoker with hickory wood for 3 hours till done. This is a slab piece of bacon to be cut at home to your desire.

Ingredients: pork belly, salt, pepper, brown sugar, prague powder #1
