Grandma’s Pepper Steak w/ Buttered Rice


This is our sous chef’s grandmother’s recipe. Foxhollow’s grass fed beef w/ plenty of bell peppers and stewed in a lovely gravy then served with buttered rice.

Ingredients: beef, bell pepper, onion, celery, mushroom, soy sauce, garlic powder, beef bouillon, cornstarch, rice, butter, salt, pepper, spices
