Vegetarian Ginger Miso Soup


A classic soup that soothes my soul every time has to be my favorite ginger miso soup. Napa cabbage & carrot will be a great addition to the soup and finished with buckwheat noodles.

Ingredients: water, miso, tamari, cabbage, chives, carrot, garlic, chili, buckwheat noodle, ginger, sugar
