French Onion Soup


This is definitely in my top five soups that I love to eat. We will be caramelizing ALOT of yellow onions for over an hour until a deep golden brown is achieved and deglazing with sherry wine. A homemade beef stock & of course the cheesy crouton.

Ingredients: beef bones, chicken feet, leeks, onion, garlic, tomato paste, celery, thyme, bay leaves, onion, sherry, bread, gruyere, salt, pepper
