Local Country Sourdough Pan Loaf


This is a larger pan loaf country sourdough from Grain Wright Bread for perfect sandwich bread slices. Made with certified organic Janie’s Mill wheat flour grown and milled in Illinois. Allowed to ferment for two days which allows for greater digestibility & a wonderful flavor.

Ingredients: organic wheat flour, water, salt
