Country Loaf (Take & Bake)


This is the free form country sourdough loaf from Grain Wright Bread. Made with certified organic Janie’s Mill wheat flour grown and milled in Illinois. Allowed to ferment for two days which allows for greater digestibility & a wonderful flavor. This will be par baked then finish baking at your home.

Ingredients: organic wheat flour, water, salt

1 loaf 800 grams
