Coconut Red Lentil Dal
It’s been a while since I have made this comforting dish with its roots in India. Red lentils spiced and stewed with fresno chili, ginger & coconut milk.
Ingredients: oil, onion, ginger, red chili, mustard seed, cumin, coriander, turmeric, curry, tomato paste, red lentils, coconut milk, water, salt, chili
