Local Charcuterie & Cheese Board


I try to eat a charcuterie board for dinner at least once a month. This one is filled local meats & cheeses, local vegetables we have pickled, homemade apricot mustard, toast points & candied walnuts.

Ingredients: salamis, cheeses, apricot, sugar, vinegar, dijon mustard, salt, walnuts, egg whites, powdered sugar, salt, pepper, curried pickled cauliflower, pickled asparagus, toast points
